We are going to be making posters and there were two possible subjects for these. We could make posters about an author or illustrator of our choice, or about the life cycle of an animal.
We used the thinking hats to help us organise our ideas and opinions.
- We liked the idea that our posters could inspire other readers to read more and find out more about either animals or authors.
- We were concerned about how we would be able to draw some pictures well enough.
- We knew there is plenty of information available about most things on the internet.
- We thought too many people might choose to do posters about the same thing.
- We think Lauren might like to use our posters in the library for a display.
The final vote ( by secret ballot) was 17 for Life Cycle posters and 7 for Author posters so that was a clear majority.
